Arccos is seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic Multimedia Content Creator to develop powerful content that educates, entertains and inspires golfers to play their best. Your passion for the game will inspire creativity as the Arccos team looks to build the brand’s presence with content that will primarily be used across our existing platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) and potential future ones (TikTok, Twitch, Snap), as well as fostering stronger relationships with our members. Creative training videos to facilitate product adoption, and working with our Customer Experience team for comprehensive and engaging video content to help new and existing customers get the most out of Arccos.

In this role you will report to the Sr. Marketing Manager and interact directly with the Sr. Director, Creative & UX, Social Media Community Manager and VP of Marketing. You will conceptualize content ideas, plan, shoot, edit and finish high quality digital projects with internal and external teams. You will also have the opportunity to leverage your passion for golf across many different channels, including working with Arccos’ global partners like PING, Cobra and TaylorMade. This highly collaborative position requires a strong work ethic and creative instincts, as well as a positive mindset that is always ready to take on new challenges.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Create Video & Digital Media Content Plan, promote Arccos and engage fans on different channels
  • Develop content, shoot, record and edit into final output including color correction, 3D modeling, motion graphics, animation and sound design elements.
  • Manage the day-to-day workflow of all Arccos content projects with internal teams (Sales, Customer Experiece, Product, Marketing) ensuring clear communication of deadlines, file requirements and responsibilities. As well as facilitate communication with Media Agency on video projects to deliver creative needs.
  • Manage all pre and on-site production activities including but not limited to script writing, filming, lighting, audio recording, and digital storage.
  • Manage video platform (YouTube, Vimeo, Dropbox), video asset management (NAS) activities and overall distribution of digital video assets.
  • Weekly filming/editing for social content and video series as well as monthly podcast development and production (Educational, Promotional or Product related entertainment)
  • Develop and maintain creative content standards to ensure consistency in quality, look, feel and tonality for all Arccos creative content.

 

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in video and audio/podcast creation and post-production is required. Prior experience in a sporting industry is preferred. Candidate should possess strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication, self-initiative and passion for the game of golf. Proven experience managing multiple projects at once with the ability to deliver the final product on time.

     

    Physical Requirements/Environmental Factors:

    Job requires travel 5%. Skill and experience in video/audio and editing is required. Ability to meet the demands of working on set including: transport, set-up, use and tear down video/audio production equipment. Must be able to shoot in a variety of weather elements. This position will require the specialist to stay current with the latest Arccos products as well as with audio, video, animation and graphic software technology. Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. Outstanding eye for detail and consistency with the ability to think critically when scaling the Arccos brand across both digital and physical properties. Ability to prioritize and execute on multiple projects, meet deadlines, and take creative direction. Capacity to build strong partnerships with stakeholders across the organization. Golf passion, with an understanding of the game and its audience strongly preferred.

     

    Specialized Knowledge and Skills:

    Extensive knowledge of video compression, managing video files and proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (especially Premiere Pro & After Effects). Cinema4D, or equivalent 3D software, is a large plus. Microsoft Office and Mac platform proficiency.

    Location: Hybrid-remote role based out of Arccos HQ in Stamford, CT requires semi-regular in-person collaboration.
