Role Overview
Arccos is seeking a Principal Product Designer to help us expand the world’s best shot-tracking and on-course solution. This role is remote within the United States, with most meetings on Eastern Time and approximately quarterly travel. This role reports to the Vice President of Product.
Who You Are
- You have 6+ years of professional design experience
- You take design processes from ideation to execution, ensuring that designs are user-centered
- You develop and communicate compelling design strategies that align with product and business goals
- You’re a leader and feel comfortable driving change without authority
- You’re curious and seek out information to inform design decisions from user research, user testing, feedback, surveys, and other formats to enable product teams to build user-centric products
- You enjoy partnering with cross-functional teams to gain a deep understanding of the problem space, explore strategic opportunities, and solve complex problems
- You’re passionate about golf, and want to help other golfers improve and get more enjoyment out of the game
- You have excellent product sense with an ability of dealing with product ambiguity
- You have a bias towards action, moving fast alongside engineering and product to bring ideas to market

- Experienced designing for consumer mobile apps (Android, iOS, Apple Watch)

- Based in Rochester, NY, Minneapolis, MN, Asheville, NC or Stamford, CT (reduces the need to travel)
