Arccos is seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic Social Media Community Manager to manage, develop and engage the Arccos brand’s online community. Building the brand’s online presence across existing platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) and future ones, as well as fostering stronger relationships with our members. Responsible for monitoring trends and topics and responding to comments across all social channels.

In this cross-functional role, you’ll report to the Sr. Marketing Manager and interact directly with the VP of Marketing as well as other executive management team members. You will also have the opportunity to leverage your passion for golf across many different channels, including work with Arccos’ global partners like PING, Cobra and TaylorMade. This position is focused on optimizing Arccos online exposure with our new and existing members to strengthen relationships, drive growth, engagement, conversion and retention. It requires a strong work ethic and marketing instincts, as well a mindset that is product savvy, creative and analytical.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a point of contact for the company’s social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, with the goal of increasing followers, reach and engagement.
  • Interact with community members and customers in a professional, personable, and timely manner to grow and foster a strong community
  • Work with the marketing, creative, and product teams to create high quality, engaging, relevant, and timely content
  • Develop and manage the social media editorial calendar and ensure the content is published by the stipulated deadlines
  • Foster and strengthen new relationships with key influencers within the community
  • Deploy social listening tools to monitor positive/negative comments and topic trends, and strive to boost engagement and resolve any potential conflicts that may affect brand reputation
  • Generate comprehensive reports on overall community sentiment and notable trends and provide regular reporting on key social metrics.
  • Keep up to date to the latest social media trends and emerging social media platforms in the industry

 

Experience:

3+ years’ experience in marketing, social media platforms, and community

management. Strong relationship and project management skills: ability to collaborate 

with cross-functional partners and manage multiple projects at the same time. Strong performance track record of growing/building an engaged online audience and community. Golf passion, deep understanding of the game and audience required.

     

    Specialized Knowledge and Skills:

    Office Productivity Suite (MS, Apple), Proficient with Analytics. Social monitoring, tracking and listening tools.

    Location: Hybrid-remote role based out of Arccos HQ in Stamford, CT requires semi-regular in-person collaboration.
