About Arccos

At Arccos, we’re on a mission to help golfers play smarter and improve faster through the power of data and AI. With the world’s largest on-course dataset and award-winning connected technology, we give players insights once reserved for the pros. Our team is passionate about golf, obsessed with data, and relentless in our pursuit of building the smartest system in the game.

The Role

We’re looking for a Data Analyst who can turn raw data into clear, actionable insights. You’ll sit within the Data Science organization but support teams across Arccos — from product to marketing to leadership. One day you might be exploring trends in golfer performance, the next building dashboards to track feature usage, and the next helping the executive team understand subscriber growth.

This is a role for someone who is curious, detail-oriented, and excited about using data to drive decision-making. If you’re passionate about golf and love working with numbers, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do

  • Create, maintain, and improve dashboards and reports (Looker preferred).

  • Perform ad-hoc analyses to answer business and product questions.

  • Partner with stakeholders across the company to deliver insights that guide decisions.

  • Dig into our golf dataset to uncover patterns, trends, and opportunities.

  • Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and usability of analytics across the organization.

Who We're Looking For

  • Strong SQL skills (required).

  • Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and automation (required).

  • Experience with a modern BI/analytics tool (Looker strongly preferred).

  • Comfortable working with data to answer open-ended questions and tell compelling stories.

  • Strong communication skills — able to explain insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Curiosity, agency, and a passion for problem-solving.

  • A love for golf and sports analytics.

Who You Are

  • You’re eager to grow your career in data and learn from a collaborative team.

  • You’re comfortable working on both recurring dashboards and open-ended analysis.

  • You thrive in fast-moving environments where you can take initiative and make an impact.

  • You’re motivated by the idea of helping golfers improve through smarter insights.

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation package (base + equity)
  • Equity incentive compensation
  • Full medical, dental, vision, plus 401k with company match.
  • Rounds of golf—seriously, we test on the course occasionally.
  • Fast-paced, high-growth environment—where you can revolutionize the future of golf tech.
