Skillsets We Hire For

• Data Science and ML — shot detection, golf analytics, and ML training pipelines.

  • Core tech stack: AWS Sagemaker, Snowflake

• Data Engineering and Data Architecture — pipelines, warehouse modeling, and AI-ready data across shot and sensor data, app telemetry, subscriptions, and commerce.

  • Core tech stack: Snowflake, Airflow, AWS CDC, MCP to Claude

• Software Engineering — mobile, web, and backend services that power our products.

  • Core tech stack: iOS, Android, Svelte, Typescript, AWS Lambda, MySQL, Sentry, Open Telemetry, Compound Engineering for Claude

• Platform Engineering — CI/CD, observability, security, and AI-enabled development.

  • Core tech stack: GitHub Actions, Sentry, Open Telemetry, Claude Code

• Hardware Engineering — low power embedded systems, mass production.

  • Core tech stack: BLE, GNSS, ARM CortexM, C, RTOS

What We're Looking For

Required

• 5+ years of professional experience with technologies in our stack

• A dedicated golfer — you play regularly and care about getting better

• Excellence in highly AI Agentic development with teams of agents

• Strong communication and member obsession

• Thrives with high ownership and drives work forward to success

Nice to Have

• Experience in small companies, under 20 engineers

• Experience with sports data, wearables, or IMU/sensor data

• Experience with business analytics for retail or subscription products
