The Opportunity

We are hiring a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead our Customer Acquisition team. This team is responsible for Stripe integration, Marketing page optimization, and similar systems related to onboarding.

What You'll Do

Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales to prioritize opportunities
Design solutions to capture business opportunities to acquire new golfers, and ensure they remain through free trial.
Manage 2-3 senior engineers as they deliver new solutions
Deliver, about 50% of your time
Improve engineering’s operational excellence, as part of the Engineering Leadership Team

What We're Looking For

Required

2+ years as Engineering Manager or Tech Lead
2+ years as a Senior Engineer
2+ years in Full-Stack Web (Svelte preferred)
1+ years in Platform Integrations (e.g. Stripe)
Experience with AI-enabled development
Strong communication and documentation skills

Nice to Have

Interest in golf
Experience with customer acquisition for retail products
Experience with mobile app development
