Fulfilment Associate
Location: Stamford, CT (Hybrid: 3–4 days per week in office)
Type: Full-time
Reports to: Senior Director, Operations
Arccos is the global leader in golf data and AI, providing the game’s first AI-powered platform that automatically tracks shots and delivers personalized insights to help golfers play smarter and improve faster.
Our connected ecosystem combines advanced analytics, cloud computing, machine learning, hardware and software to support golfers around the world. Through the Arccos Dashboard, players and instructors gain performance insights across every club, shot, hole and round.
We are looking for a hands-on Fulfilment Associate to help manage the flow of products from factories and warehouse partners through to retail partners and individual customers. This role is central to keeping orders moving, resolving delivery issues quickly and improving the operational processes that support our global business.
Join a fast-moving Operations team and take ownership of day-to-day fulfilment across the U.S. and Canada, working closely with 3PLs, carriers, factories, retail partners and internal teams.
What You'll Do
-
Coordinate with 3PL and warehouse partners in the U.S. and Canada to monitor incoming factory freight and outgoing B2B and B2C orders.
-
Oversee retail-partner fulfilment for accounts including Amazon, PGA TOUR Superstore and Dick’s Sporting Goods, ensuring each partner’s SOPs and delivery schedules are followed.
-
Monitor inventory and support replenishment planning with Operations leaders.
-
Manage warehouse projects such as internal transfers, bundle builds, returns and replacements, SKU conversions and refurbishment activity.
-
Monitor U.S. customer orders in real time and partner with Customer Experience on cancellations, address changes, shipping updates and low-inventory alerts.
-
Work directly with carriers such as FedEx and UPS to flag delays, investigate delivery issues and drive timely resolution.
-
Support freight scheduling, shipment tracking, domestic customs activity and preparation of accurate shipping documentation.
-
Manage Arccos shipping accounts for transfers, special shipments, manufacturing equipment and time-sensitive VIP orders.
-
Improve operational tools, reporting methods and workflows, including practical use of AI where it can increase speed and efficiency.
Who You Are
-
You have experience in a similar fulfilment, logistics or operations role, ideally within a company that develops and sells hardware products.
-
You understand domestic and international freight, shipping documentation, customs requirements and carrier processes.
-
You are comfortable working with 3PLs and using their systems, portals and operating procedures.
-
You have experience handling customer orders, ASNs, shipping delays and delivery exceptions.
-
You communicate clearly and build productive working relationships by phone and in person, not only through email or messaging.
-
You enjoy solving problems, identifying weak processes and creating practical solutions that simplify the work.
-
You take ownership, exercise sound judgment, move with purpose and stay focused on delivering excellent service to customers and partners.
Bonus Points
-
Experience with production planning, inventory management or broader supply-chain operations.
-
A business-related degree or relevant post-secondary qualification.
-
Experience using AI tools to streamline reporting, analysis or operational workflows.
Why This Role Matters
Reliable fulfilment is essential to the experience of every Arccos customer and retail partner. In this role, you will help ensure products are available, orders ship accurately and delivery issues are resolved quickly. Your work will strengthen the processes and partnerships that allow Arccos to serve golfers efficiently as the business continues to scale.
What We Offer
-
Competitive total compensation, including base salary and equity.
-
Medical, dental and vision insurance.
-
401(k) program with company match.
-
Golf benefits, including reimbursed rounds for product testing and occasional travel to great courses for team events.
-
The opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a growing global golf-technology company.
