  • Develop retailer-specific promotional and pricing proposals for review and approval, assessing feasibility and ROI of retailer requests.
  • Manage retailer-specific forms, documentation and administrative requirements across various vendor management platforms.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned retail accounts, handling inquiries, issues and relationship maintenance.

Strategic Partnership & In-Store Growth

  • Develop and recommend strategies to improve in-store sales velocity, product visibility, customer conversion and revenue per store, including POS materials, activations, sales training and incentive programs.
  • Monitor sell-through rates and sales data across retail accounts to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for growth.
  • Actively shape channel strategy, product positioning, and go-to-market priorities by bringing structured field-level insights and partner feedback into planning discussions.

Reporting & Internal Operations

  • Provide weekly pipeline and placement updates and monthly performance reporting, highlighting risks, opportunities and recommended actions.
  • Build and manage a forward-looking pipeline that supports quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date account records, pipeline data and deal stages.
  • Contribute to quarterly and annual sales planning by providing pipeline forecasts, partner insights, and market context to support leadership decision-making.
  • Provide day-to-day direction and mentorship to the Partnerships Associate, supporting research, outreach and account execution.
  • Gather market and competitive insights from partners and the field to inform positioning, pricing discussions and go-to-market strategy.
