TaylorMade & Arccos Player Program FAQs

TaylorMade and Arccos have formed a partnership that is focused on helping every golfer play better and smarter. This partnership has launched with the TaylorMade & Arccos Player Program promotion that provides select members of the Team TaylorMade community with a special offer on Arccos Caddie products.

What is the special offer?

Pay $99.99 (plus S&H) and receive a 1-year Arccos Caddie subscription plus a free set of 14 Arccos Caddie Smart Sensors, courtesy of TaylorMade (45% savings off the retail price of $179.99). Who is eligible to participate in the promotion?

All golfers based in the United States who purchase a set of irons at TaylorMadeGolf.com (including but not limited to P•790, P•770, P•7MC, P•7MB and SIM irons), and current Eagle members within the Team TaylorMade loyalty program are eligible to participate, except players who are current or past Arccos Caddie subscribers.

What are the qualifying sets of irons?

Qualifying stock set purchases include: P•790, P•770, P•7MC, P•7MB, P•7TW, SIM Max, SIM Max OS, SIM Max Combo, SIM Max OS Combo, SIM Max Women’s, SIM Max OS Women’s and Kalea. 

When does the promotion launch?

  • November 1, 2020 for irons set purchasers at TaylorMadeGolf.com and Eagle members of Team TaylorMade
  • December 1, 2020 for Birdie members of Team TaylorMade (Pending availability)
  • Offer valid and special pricing available for a limited time and only while supplies last

How do I participate?

Eligible members of the Team TaylorMade community will receive a 1-time use promotional code from TaylorMade, which can be redeemed here.  

What countries are eligible to order?

This promotion is exclusive to customers located in the United States. 

Why is my email not being accepted?

Please verify you have entered a valid email address. If you are still experiencing difficulties, you may be ineligible due to having a current or expired Arccos Caddie subscription. To inquire, please contact starter@arccosgolf.com.

Why is my address not being accepted?

If you are based in the U.S., please verify the address to ensure there are no typos or extra spaces, and that you have properly entered unit number, suite number, or apartment number in the correct section. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. If you continue to experience issues, please contact starter@arccosgolf.com.

When does my annual subscription commence?

Your subscription starts when you activate your Arccos Caddie membership after inputting your shipping & billing information.

How can I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, please email starter@arccosgolf.com or call 844-692-7226.

How long will it take for my Arccos Caddie products to arrive?

Shipping times may vary, but typically within 5 days of your order. Tracking information will be provided via an automated confirmation e-mail following checkout.

Once my Arccos Caddie Smart Sensors arrive, how do I pair them?

iPhone:

  1. Download Arccos Caddie from the App Store
  2. Log in with account credentials you created previously
  3. Once logged into the app, select My Bag in the upper right corner
  4. Select the appropriate clubs for your bag
  5. Select the appropriate sensor type and start pairing with one club out at a time

Android:

  1. Download the Arccos Caddie app from the Google Play Store
  2. Login with the account credentials you created previously
  3. Once logged into the Arccos Caddie app, navigate through the Pairing Tips & Tricks, follow the prompts, and begin pairing

What is the TaylorMade & Arccos Player Program Returns Policy?

Golfers who activate an Arccos Caddie membership through the TaylorMade & Arccos Player Program may cancel their membership and receive a refund according to the following parameters:

  1. Cancellation requests must be made by e-mailing starter@arccosgolf.com
  2. Cancellation requests must be made within 30 days of membership activation
  3. The maximum refund amount provided by Arccos will be the Arccos Caddie annual membership fee of $99.99
  4. A refund will be issued only:
    • After the golfer returns their free set of smart sensors to Arccos using the RA# provided by Arccos (Note: consumer is solely responsible for all return shipping costs)
    • The return is processed by Arccos (Note: typical processing time is 7-10 business days from return receipt)
