SPONSOR: The sponsor of the Sweepstakes is Arccos Golf LLC (“Arccos”), 700 Canal Street, Stamford, Connecticut 06902, USA.
The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, YouTube, X, any other social media network, or any other entity.
ELIGIBILITY: NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. The Sweepstakes is offered only in the fifty (50) states of the United States of America (“USA”). It is void outside of the fifty (50) USA states and where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law. All natural persons who are legal USA residents and 21 years of age or older are eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. All entries submitted in compliance with these Rules are considered “Eligible Entries.”
TIMING: The Sweepstakes begins at 9:00 AM Eastern Time in the United States ("ET") on November 1, 2023 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on January 15, 2024 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The Prize (defined below) will be available to Winners (defined below) only at TPC Sawgrass in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida on Tuesday, March 26, 2024 and Wednesday, March 27, 2024 (the “Event”), unless Sponsor selects another time period in its sole discretion. Sponsor is the sole and official timekeeper for the Sweepstakes.
ENTRY PERIOD: During the Sweepstakes Period there will be three (3) separate and distinct drawings (each a “Drawing” and collectively, the “Drawings”), The chart below provides the details of each Drawing. All times and dates are ET.

HOW TO ENTER: There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes. (1) If at the time of your entry you have a current paid annual subscription to use the Arccos Caddie mobile device application and associated Arccos services, you can visit www.arccosgolf.com/pages/arccos-invitational-at-tpc-sawgrass and submit the email address associated with your Arccos Account using the online entry form. OR (2) you can enter by writing your full first and last name, street address, city, state, zip code, daytime and evening telephone numbers (area code included), email address, and date of birth on a plain 3” x 5” piece of paper or index card and mailing it in a properly stamped #10 business-sized envelope addressed to: Arccos Golf Sweepstakes, c/o Arccos Golf Marketing Department, 700 Canal Street, Stamford CT 06902. Only entries sent by First Class Mail via the United States Postal Service (the “USPS”) will be accepted.
USE OF DATA: Sponsor will collect personal data about entrants which will be used in accordance with its privacy policy, provided, however, that the use of Winners’ personal data will be subject to the provisions of the section of these Rules captioned “Grant of Publicity”. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants hereby agree to Sponsor’s collection and usage of their personal information and accept Sponsor’s privacy policy. Sponsor’s privacy policy can be found on-line at
https://www.arccosgolf.com/pages/privacy-policy. Notwithstanding the foregoing, data of entrants who are not Winners that is included on mail-in entries will not be shared. All mail-in entries received (eligible or not) become the property of Sponsor. They will be retained until six months after the conclusion of Event, and then destroyed.
VALIDITY OF ENTRIES: Each entry (on-line and mail-in) will be deemed to pertain to the Drawing associated with the Entry Period during which it is received (electronically or physically, as applicable) by the Sponsor. Entries received during a particular Entry Period will only be Eligible Entries for the Drawing associated with that Entry Period and will not be Eligible Entries for subsequent Drawings. All mailed entries must bear a postmark affixed by the USPS showing a date during the Sweepstakes Period and received by Sponsor during one of the Entry Periods. The Sponsor is not responsible for mailed entries that are delayed in the mail or otherwise received by the Sponsor after the end of the Sweepstakes Period. ONLY ONE ENTRY PER PERSON PER DRAWING WILL BE AN ELIGIBLE ENTRY. EVERY ENTRY IN EXCESS OF ONE RECEIVED BY SPONSOR FROM ANY INDIVIDUAL DURING ANY ENTRY PERIOD WILL BE VOID. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): The prize (“Prize”) available to each Winner (defined below) is a 2-full-day golf experience at TPC Sawgrass in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, which includes one round of golf at The Players Stadium Course, one round of golf at Dye’s Valley Course, a Winners’ group clinic with an Arccos Ambassador, a Winners’ group club demo, certain meals and beverages, and VIP Tee Gifts, all as determined by the Sponsor. The ARV of the components of the Prize is as follows:

All applicable federal, state, local, and other taxes associated with receiving a Prize are the sole responsibility of each Winner.
The rounds of golf included in the Prize will be played by the Winners together (three foursomes) with tee times on the Event days as designated by Sponsor. Sponsor will assign the Winners to foursomes in its sole discretion. All other components of the Event will take place at the times and locations designated by Sponsor.
WINNER SELECTION/ODDS: On or about each Drawing Date indicated in the chart set forth above, Sponsor will randomly select four (4) potential Winners from among all Eligible Entries received during the applicable Entry Period using a process reasonably determined by the Sponsor. There will be a total of twelve (12) Winners (four (4) Winners per Drawing) in this Sweepstakes. The odds of winning a Prize in a particular Drawing depend on the total number of Eligible Entries received during the applicable Entry Period for that Drawing.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: On or about five (5) business days after each Drawing Date, Sponsor will notify potential Winners from that Drawing via email (“Notification”). In order to be declared a Winner, a potential Winner must meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein and be available to receive the Prize during the Event or such other dates as determined by Sponsor. Upon Notification by Sponsor, a potential Winner must (a) contact Sponsor at the email address or phone number set forth by Sponsor in such Notification, (b) supply their contact information (name, email address, U.S. residence street address (no Post Office boxes or private postal mail boxes), and phone number), (c) confirm that s/he is available to attend the Event and understands and agrees to these Rules, and (d) sign and return Sponsor’s liability release form. Upon completion of these steps a potential Winner will be deemed a Winner. If there is a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an on-line entry, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the person in whose name the applicable email address or Account is registered with Sponsor. If there is a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting a mail-in entry, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the natural person that is first named in the entry, as determined by Sponsor. If the identity of the person submitting an entry cannot be resolved to the Sponsor’s satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible.
If Sponsor’s Notification message to a potential Winner is returned as undeliverable, or if a potential Winner fails (a) to respond to Sponsor within five (5) days of Sponsor’s Notification attempt, or (b) to complete all of the steps set forth in the preceding paragraph within such five (5) day period, Sponsor may, in Sponsor’s sole and binding discretion, disqualify such potential Winner.
Each Prize is personal to the applicable Winner and is not transferable by such Winner to any other individual.
WINNERS’ RESPONSIBILITIES: Each Winner is responsible for their own hotel accommodations at the Event, travel expenses to and from the Event, expenses for meals not included in the Event schedule, and all other expenses. Arccos will not cover or reimburse any expenses incurred by Winners.
If circumstances prevent a Winner from attending the Event, or if the Event dates are changed and as a result the Winner cannot attend the Event, the Winner must promptly notify Sponsor. In either such event such Winner will forfeit his/her Prize and Sponsor will have no further liability to such Winner.
SELECTION OF ALTERNATE WINNERS: If a potential Winner is disqualified, or a Winner forfeits his/her Prize as set forth herein, Sponsor shall determine whether sufficient time remains before the Event to select an alternate potential Winner. If Sponsor determines that time permits, Sponsor shall select and qualify an alternate potential Winner from the group of Eligible Entries received during the same Entry Period as the disqualified potential Winner or forfeiting Winner, as applicable, following the random selection and Notification processes set forth herein. If Sponsor determines that time does not permit, no alternate potential Winner will be selected, and the applicable Prize will not be awarded.
GRANT OF PUBLICITY: By participating in this Sweepstakes, each Winner agrees to permit Sponsor and their respective agents and designees to use his/her entry, name, city and state address, voice, statement, image, and/or other likenesses for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes, in any manner, in any and all media, now or hereafter developed, including, but not limited to, within Sponsor’s marketing materials, websites and on Sponsor’s social media pages, in perpetuity, worldwide without further consideration (unless prohibited by law) or permission from, or notification to, such Winner, and each Winner further agrees to execute any specific consent needed or requested by Sponsor or their designees in furtherance of such use. In connection with receipt of the Prize, each Winner hereby agrees to release the Sponsor from any and all liability associated therewith and agrees to enter into a release in a form reasonably acceptable to the Sponsor.
EVENT CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS: Sponsor reserves the right to make changes to the Sweepstakes’s schedule, format, or location. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or cancellations, Sponsor will communicate with Winners and provide alternative arrangements as deemed appropriate by Sponsor in its sole and binding discretion.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor’s sole responsibility with respect to the Sweepstakes is to conduct the Sweepstakes and deliver the Prizes in accordance with these Rules. Sponsor shall have no further liability to any individual or entity with respect to the Sweepstakes.
By participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees: (a) to be legally bound by these Rules and any and all decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects relating to the Sweepstakes; and (b) to release, waive, discharge, indemnify, defend and hold harmless Sponsor, the PGA TOUR and its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, partners, members, principals,
employees, agents, contractors and suppliers, from any and all injuries, liability, losses, and damages of any kind arising out of or related to their participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use or misuse of any Prize, including but not limited to personal injury, death and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, copyright, trademark, defamation or invasion of privacy. Sponsor is not responsible for any computer system malfunction, technical malfunction of any telephone lines, computer on-line systems, software, hardware, servers, access providers, computer equipment, program malfunctions or other errors, failure of any entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at the website, or any combination thereof, that are either human or technical in nature. If this Sweepstakes is terminated by Sponsor prior to the stated expiration date, notice will be posted at www.ArccosGolf.com. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Sweepstakes. Automated entries are prohibited, and any such entry will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion. to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
FORCE MAJEURE: Sponsor shall not be liable for damages and shall have the right to terminate the Sweepstakes and the delivery of the Prizes due to any delay or default of Sponsor in performing hereunder if such delay or default is caused by conditions beyond its control, including, but not limited to, epidemics, pandemics, Acts of God, Government restrictions (including the denial or cancellation of any export or other necessary license), pandemic or epidemic (including COVID-19), wars, insurrections and/or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor.
AGREEMENT TO RULES: By entering the Sweepstakes, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Rules.
GOVERNING LAW/JURISDICTION: The Sweepstakes and these Rules, including, but not limited to, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Rules, or the rights and obligations of you, other entrants, any potential Winner, any Winner, the Sponsor, and any other individual and/or entity, shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Connecticut or any other jurisdiction) which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Connecticut. The headings of the sections of these Rules are included for the convenience of the readers only, and shall not be considered in resolving any question which may arise regarding the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Rules. Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any Prize awarded or not awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the Courts located in or directly serving Fairfield County, Connecticut.
WINNER’S LIST/OFFICIAL RULES: To obtain any legally required winner’s list (after the conclusion of the Sweepstakes) or a copy of these Rules, send a written request, enclosing a self-addressed envelope with the proper postage affixed, to Arccos Golf, Arccos Invitational at TPC Sawgrass, 700 Canal Street, Stamford, CT 06902. (Vermont residents may omit return postage.) Any such request must be received within six months after the Winners of the Sweepstakes are chosen.
