What is the Arccos New Trial Program?

Select canceled Arccos subscribers now have the opportunity to restart a 45-day free trial to retry the system. Qualified participants have the option to use their existing sensors from a previous trial with no charge, or to purchase a set of refurbished Arccos sensors for $4.99. Participants who cancel their Arccos membership any time prior to expiration of their 45-day free trial will not be billed.

Who is eligible to access the Arccos New Trial Program?

The Arccos New Trial Program is available to canceled Arccos subscribers of at least 3 months. Eligible users will receive an email detailing the program and presenting the offer. 

Arccos smart sensors ordered via the Arccos New Trial Offer are not for resale, and Arccos reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel orders it deems in violation of this policy. In such cases the S&H fee will be refunded provided the smart sensors have not already been shipped.

Please verify the address to ensure there are no typos or extra spaces, and that you have properly entered the unit number, suite number, or apartment number in the correct section. When does my Arccos Caddie trial membership commence?

Your 45-day free trial membership starts at the time you confirm your new trial with existing sensors, or order your $4.99 set of refurbished Arccos smart sensors.

 

How can I cancel my Arccos Caddie membership?

To cancel your membership, please email starter@arccosgolf.com or call 844-692-7226. For more information, you may also navigate to the Settings page in Arccos Caddie app and click “Manage Subscription” to view your subscription status.

 

How long will it take for my refurbished Smart Sensors to arrive?

Shipping times may vary, but products typically arrive within 5 days of your order. Tracking information will be provided via an automated confirmation e-mail following checkout.

 

Once my Arccos Caddie Smart Sensors arrive, how do I pair them? 

iPhone:

1. Download Arccos Caddie from the App Store
2. Log in with account credentials you created on the activation website
3. Once logged into the Arccos Caddie app, navigate through the Pairing Tips & Tricks, follow the prompts, and begin pairing

Android:

1. Download the Arccos Caddie app from the Google Play Store
2. Login with the account credentials you created on the activation website
3. Once logged into the Arccos Caddie app, navigate through the Pairing Tips & Tricks, follow the prompts, and begin pairing

What is the Arccos New Trial Program returns policy?

Returns will not be accepted through the Arccos New Trial Program. Golfers who activate an Arccos Caddie membership through the Arccos New Trial Program will not be billed a membership fee if they cancel prior to the conclusion of the 45-day free trial period.
