I’ve been using the Arccos Smart Sensors with the Link Pro, and setup was super easy—literally no hassle at all. Since I started, I’ve shaved 5 strokes off my game. The real magic is in the data insights. Seeing exactly where I’m losing strokes and which clubs I should actually be pulling has made a huge difference.
Honestly, the only thing better than the product is the customer support—both are top-notch. If you’re on the fence, I’d 100% recommend it. It’s like having a personal caddie in your pocket, minus the sarcastic comments.

Be careful. They advertise at "10.99 monthly" but there is no monthly option and is billed at the start of the year. If there is no monthly option available, the only reason to state a monthly cost is to try and mislead you into signing up to a pre paid year without any chance of a full or partial refund.

Customer Service needs to be drastically improved. If you need help with anything: 1) it takes a minimum of 2 days to get an email response, if they respond at all.
2) email is the only option for support.
3) no phone-in support.

Signed up for the 45 day trial! Didn’t work properly missing shots, registering the wrong holes and caddy not working properly so returned sensors and link and cancelled my account all within the 45 day period! Didn’t receive any notification of products being received or account being cancelled then 2 weeks after the 45 days they debited the money from my account. Emailed the support site and have received no reply so have had to contact my bank to recover the money.

I setup an account for my son, canceled before the 30 day trial ended because the product was not great and didn't work at all like advertised. They still charged me for a full year and just linked my payment info and email to a 5 year old account from when I last tried to make their products work, can't get help, if you call customer service their phones are turned off due to high volume, rip off.

The product accuracy is about 70%. It has a hard time picking up the putter, so it's more of a hindrance on the golf course, trying to make sure that the information is added correctly. Taking up more time and energy, my game was suffering and not improving. So I decided not to renew my subscription. Unfortunately, I forgot, and it was charged and the day that it was charged I asked for a refund, and sadly, they decided that it was in their bylaws that they could not refund my money. Customer service sucks. I called their phone line, and the recorded message informed me that there were high call volumes and they were turning their phones off. I do not recommend this product. Or customer service. Hard pass.

The product works just OK. Many many incorrect swings and hits. In addition, I had not used the service for over two years had no idea it auto renewed. The day it renewed again I emailed to cancel it and was told they don’t give refunds. I explained to them that it was literally that day and had not used it in years, but they really didn’t care. Just FYI.

After 7 rounds I feel like it tracks the shots fairly accurately, I have had some issues where I have to add a putt or even a shot but I think it was me making a mistake.
That being said I feel like the app on the apple watch should be improved. It misses a lot of information, it would be great if it told us distance to hazards, bunkers, what part the current hole is, etc, that is the only thing I’m not fully enjoying.

Poor product. Difficult to use. Does not record all shots therefore your scores are wrong and the data you get is flawed. They tell you that you can edit your scores but when you do it fails to save the edits. Don't waste your money.

We completely understand that there's a bit of a learning curve early on. Phantom shots (especially from carrying clubs) can definitely happen while you’re getting used to the system.
The good news is, you can easily edit or delete any false shots right in the app. Just tap into the round, select the hole, and use the edit function to remove or adjust any extra shots. There's lots of additional information on our support site: support.arccosgolf.com.

I have a super stroke putter grip, I bought the accessory however the parts don't go together and I can't screw anything into the end of the grip, I have included photos of the end of my grip and the parts I was sent, I also cannot get help from them, even on Facebook they have not responded to my messages

Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry to hear about the trouble you're having installing the accessory with your SuperStroke grip.
Based on what you’ve described and the photos you provided, it appears your grip may be missing the weight/plug that is normally pre-installed by SuperStroke. Without this component, the accessory cannot be properly attached. Since this part comes standard with the grip and is not supplied by Arccos, we recommend reaching out directly to SuperStroke or the retailer where you purchased the grip for a replacement or resolution.

I like the product and don't mind the annual subscription. It's fun and easy to use with the bundle package. Currently the website's new Dashboard has been taken out of the Beta stage. It still has issues as the Player Stats tab goes blank after a second or two. This happens in all browsers used by windows as well as Apple's Safari running on IOS.

Terrible service from Arccos. I was charged twice, once for £131 which is the price included with having my first 45 days free. I was then charged the full amount of £150 in addition to this which is for a full year. They have only refunded my £131 back to me when I should be due the full fee. They are now ignoring my emails.
